The Volvo VNL RH Breather Hood is a high-quality replacement for Volvo VNL trucks manufactured between 1997 and 2002. It features Cofab reinforcement in high-stress areas and Coremat to suppress starbursts. The hood is made with e-coated or galvanized steel hardware to resist corrosion and has pre-drilled holes for easy mounting and accessory installation. With its white sandable gel coat finish, this one-piece custom design replaces the OE three-piece hood. It is Hap 2001 Certified to fit and uses elastomeric urethane adhesive for sturdy assembly. Please note that it fits Volvo Long Series trucks only and does not accept OE replacement fenders or panels. If your truck has flotation tires, wheel openings will need to be modified, and inner fenders are not supplied. No air intake grill is required. The Volvo VNL RH Breather Hood comes with a 2-year warranty from Jones Performance.
