The Freightliner Business Class M2 2002 and Newer Intake Grille Pre-Filters are designed to improve the efficiency of any performance or exposed air filter. Made of a proprietary polyester mesh with uniform micron openings, these pre-filters are treated with a hydrophobic water-repellant process and are UV resistant. They filter debris down to 0.005 inches, are shatterproof in freezing temperatures, and resistant to heat up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The elastic mesh is puncture resistant and will return to its original position if impacted or shifted.
