The First Gen Paccar Exhaust Manifold is a high-quality, heat-tolerant bended steel product made in the U.S.A. It increases fuel mileage by .2 to .3 miles per gallon and horsepower by 28 to 32. The ceramic coating reduces heat and improves air velocity, lowering manifold temps by 300 degrees Fahrenheit and EGT's by 80 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The manifold reduces turbo lag, improves gasket life, and has thicker exhaust flanges and center dividers for greater strength and durability. The joints are designed with tighter tolerances and 50% more surface contact, ensuring no leaks. It replaces OEM number 1853284 and fits Paccar engines from 2010 through 2012 and pre-common rail engines.
