If the Wheel Has A Hub Cap, It Can Be Snapped Over The Brackets. Mounting Bracket Side T Mounts On The 1/4 Inch Bolt That Secures The Hub Cap To Either Disc Or Spoke Wheel ~Mounting Brackets Side B Mounts Directly On The 1 1/4 Inch Lug Bolt. Mounting Bracket Side H Mounts Directly On The Lug With A Hub Piloted Nut
