I'd like to order an item but I can't find it on the site.

While we carry many brands and items from many truck accessory manufactures, we cannot list each individual item. Please send an email to our sales staff for availability and a quote on any product. Please see our Contact Us page for more information. Please note that we may offer package deals for larger orders. This would be especially beneficial for trucking fleets.

How do I place an order?

To purchase a product, you must be on the item detail page. There should be both a picture of the item and detailed product notes.

Step 1: Specify the part, part variations (if available), and quantity. Select the appropriate variations from the list of options by clicking on your choice. If you are unsure about what variation to select, please contact us at 1-800-714-6093 for assistance.

Step 2: To place a product in your Basket, click on the "Add one to Basket" button.

Step 3: View your shopping cart by clicking on the "Basket Contents" icon in the top center of the page.

Step 4: Once you reach your "Basket Contents", click on then "Proceed to Checkout" button.

Step 5: Review/edit your order and add in your delivery and billing address for accuracy and enter your payment information.

Step 6: An order confirmation page will appear with your order number. Please copy it down for your records. A shipping notification should arrive in your mailbox immediately after your order. (Unless an invalid email address was entered).

What forms of payment are accepted?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. In addition, we are able to accept Money Orders, Paypal, eChecks and Personal Checks. To do Money Orders or Personal Checks please send us an email with your order's info and your personal information (name and address). We will send you the bill and procedures by email.

How do I know that my order is secure?

Protecting your order information is important to us. We use 128-bit encryption Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online information.

How will I be billed?

Your credit card should be billed at the time of ordering under the name of Big Rig Chrome Shop. All of our prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).

How much is shipping and what are the delivery times?

All orders are shipped from Wisconsin or directly from the manufacturer by UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Contact us for accurate shipping charges. Near the completion of your order the shipping charges are displayed prior to completing your order. You can cancel at that time if necessary. Please see our Shipping Page for more information.

Are there any customs fees for international orders?

Orders shipped outside of the USA pass through customs and may be subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees that the CUSTOMER is responsible for. Please contact your local customs office for responsible for any customs or duty fees.

International Orders & Billing Verification:

All International orders, or orders using International Credit Cards must be accompanied with a fax that include a picture ID, the Credit Card number and expiration date and stating:" I (your name) authorize the following purchase (add what you bought) for the amount of (write total amount)" with your signature. All verifications are for your security, and we appreciate your patience in processing your information.

How do I modify/cancel my order?

How do I modify/cancel my order? Once orders are placed on our site, they are processed for shipping in a very timely manner for our customers. To modify or cancel an order, please Contact Us ASAP before the order is shipped. Please note responsible for orders already sent. See our Refund policy for more details.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

Please be comforted in the fact that if we have made a mistake on your order, we will take full responsibility in correcting it. Contact us if such an event occurs. All products sold by Big Rig Chrome Shop are of high quality, brand new, and come with full factory warranties. Please check all items upon receipt. If the items are damaged please report this to us immediately, and we will take full responsibility in replacing it. We will then ask you to ship it back to us. Please note you will have 30 days to do so, and that it is only valid if the item is new and was not used. Big Rig Chrome Shop reserves the right to apply a 20% Restocking Fee to any return, at our discretion.

My order was damaged in shipping, what do I do?

If you are present during delivery and your package is damaged, ask the delivery driver to wait while you inspect the contents of the package.  If you find anything damaged, refuse the package by reasoning of shipping damage.  This means they will send it back to us.  Then call BRCS at 920-769-0611 to inform us of the damage, and we will inform you of any further steps.

If it is too late to refuse the package, take as many informative pictures of the damage to the product and the state of the packaging as you feel are needed (2-3 normally works).  SAVE THE PACKAGING it may be required for the investigation process carried out by the delivery service.  Then call BRCS at 920-769-0611 and we can start your claim.
