We're confident our prices are the lowest. We're so confident, we offer
our customers our Price Match Program: If you are about to make a purchase and
discover a lower price elsewhere, call us toll-free at 1-800-714-6093, to let us
know and we'll match that price on the spot.
Simply have verifiable proof of a retail competitor's price
on the same available brand and model.

EXCLUSIONS:
Big Rig Chrome Shop’s Price Match Program does not apply
to competitors' free offers, limited quantity items, open-box, clearance or
closeout products, mail-in incentives, financing or bundle offers.
The policy does not apply to typographical errors or a
competitor's price that results from a price match.
Big Rig Chrome Shop will not price match to a competitor's
price that has already been reduced by a price match to another retailer. We do
not allow "stacking" of multiple offers (e.g., free items, plus price
matching, rebates, etc.)
VERIFIABLE PROOF OF PRICE
The best way to show proof of price is to point us to the
competitor's current ad or web site, which shows the price of the item you wish
us to match and the dates for which the price is valid. If the current ad is not
available, we reserve the right to call the competitor's store to verify the
lower price and availability of the item. Web pages must be live and not cached.
A reference to competitor’s pricing from Discussion Forums or Message Boards
that cannot be found on that competitor’s web site are not valid.
WHAT IF I FIND A LOWER PRICE ON A PREVIOUSLY
PURCHASED ITEM AT BigRigChromeShop.com?
If you find a lower price on BigRigChromeShop.com within 30
days of your purchase, we will refund you 100% of the difference. (We
occasionally have Internet exclusive offers advertised on BigRigChromeShop.com
that are not eligible for price matches.)
UMBRELLA STIPULATION
Big Rig Chrome Shop’s Price Match Program is an
At-Will promotion. All price matching requests are subject to review by Big Rig
Chrome Shop representatives, and final decisions will be made by said
representatives at time of review. Price matching against competitors pricing is
only valid at time of purchase, it is not a retroactive program outside of Big
Rig Chrome Shop self-promotions. We reserve the right to grant or deny price
matches at our discretion for any reason. A full explanation for our decision
regardless of result, will be given to customer at time of decision.
